Jumping in...

This begins my attempt at a blog. I probably won't get many opportunities to post much, because my kids keep me too busy to get online very often. But I will try to post family pictures and other information as often as I can.

Aiden made sure that we left out cookies for Santa.


Anevay enjoyed our traditional Christmas breakfast of sweet rolls.

Dakota was very happy that Santa left him a Pirates of the Caribbean Chess Set; he was just bursting with excitement!

Santa brought Aiden a pirate playset!

Anevay loves Dora; she put on her new Dora shirt immediately and was glad to be able to call Dora on her new play cellphone.

Dakota received one of his favorite History Channel series on DVD - "The Revolution." It's a homeschool lesson that he loves!

Anevay loves to open presents!

My mom came over to spend the holiday with us; it sure was nice to spend some time with her. The kids always beg her to stay longer, but my house is much more noisy and chaotic than her quiet, spotless home. After she leaves, little Anevay keeps going to the guestroom door and knocks and calls for her, "Honey! Honey! Honey?"

Anevay loves the horse that Santa brought her, and her "Dora the Explorer" slippers!
